Strong Telecoms Return and Refund Policy

At Strong Telecoms, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with UK consumer law. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights.
1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you purchase a product online or over the phone, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing by email at returns@strongtelecoms.co.uk or by post to our business address at 133 High Street, Wollaston, West Midlands, DY84NZ.
- Once you notify us of your wish to cancel, you have 14 days to return the product to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or not as described.
- We will process your refund, including the original delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to return a faulty or damaged product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
- If your product develops a fault after 30 days but within 6 months, we will either repair or replace it. If this is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items are not eligible for return under our policy unless faulty:
- Products that have been customized or personalized to your specifications.
- Digital products (e.g., software) once downloaded or accessed.
- Items that have been used, are not in original packaging, or are not in a resalable condition.
4. How to Return Your Item
To return your item, please ensure the following:
- The product is in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
- You include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
